Hi,

I have a report with 3 hierarchy levels.
1-main hierarchy
2-by division
3-by region
I would like to do different summary on multiple columns in a crosstab.
There are three measures X, Y and Z.
X and Y column summary is correct but there is an issue with summary for column Z.
For X => [Y]/[Z] is taken.
For Y => it is simple column summary (sum).
For Z => maximum is taken (it is constant value for year).

Everything seem to works properly when I have set up filter parameters for Main hierarchy...

...but when I choose (select) in filter section only two divisions. Total section shows maximum number of those two divisions, not individually for each division.

Additionally, when you look at summary of column Z for Main Hierarchy, (just to remind that I`ve selected only two divisions, so it should be 519897,00+ 704834,00 => 1224731,00) it shows wrong numbers. It looks like for all divisions of main hierarchy selected firstly.

Any suggestions? Any help appreciated.

Thank you in advance :)

Hi,

How is the "Total" row at the bottom of the crosstab defined in your report? Is it a summary (and if so, what summary was used) or is it a query calculation (and if so, what is the expression)?

I'm worried that you mention "filter parameters" - does this mean you are using detail filters? Is this a dimensional package? If so, you should remove the detail filters and replace them with the appropriate dimensional expressions in your crosstab.

Cheers!
