Memory Leak issues in DQM

Hi guys, I hope you might be able to help me here.

I have a 64 bit installation 10.2.2 BI on a multi-server environment - Server 1 with 16 CPU cores and 64GB memory and server 2 with 8 CPU cores and 32GB memory. I have set my Tomcat JVM on the main machine (server 1) to use 8GB memory and my Query Service JVM to use 40GB of heap. However, the behaviour I'm seeing is that everything works perfectly for a few days but the Java heap usage gradually creeps up, memory is never released and eventually the JVM hits it's 40GB heap limit and falls over. The only way to prevent / resolve is to restart the query service from within Cognos Administration every couple of days.

It doesn't seem to be releasing or reusing the heap memory. This is against a TM1 10.2.2 datasource.

Any ideas? I was going to install fix pack 1 but it's been pulled by IBM, and anyway it never mentioned this specific issue in the fix lists.
