Data not populating in PROD sometime

Hi ,

I am facing some strange issue in PROD..i tried to ran the report i am not getting the data for first time,second time..i keep on trying 4 or 5 times then then 6th time data is populating..facing the issue with all reports in PROD

env:cognos 10.1,db2 db
