I am currently putting together a Cognos test environment on a laptop running Red Hat Enterprise Linux 64-bit 6.6 as physical OS, on a KVM-QEMU VM, with Debian Linux Wheezy 32-bit edition as guest OS. I use Cognos 10.1.0 for Linux 32-bit deployed on top of WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment 7.0.0.0, using IBM DB2 10.5.0 for both the content store and to serve the Great Outdoors database. I have already populated my DB2 database with the GO samples and have already imported the GO deployment archive into my content store. I have yet to configure an LDAP authentication namespace but intend to do so with Apache Directory Server.

Every time I run Public Folders > Samples > Models > Dashboard Folder > Employee dashboard, I get the attached error, copied here below:

QuoteDPR-ERR-2002 Unable to execute the request because there were no connections to the process available within the configured time limit.

On Cognos Administration > Configuration tab > Dispatchers and Services section > my dispatcher > Properties > Settings > ReportService I have already set "Queue time limit of the report service" to 3600, and I have already recreated my signon encryption keys. The only other possible cause I have found so far only applies to reading an Oracle database with a more recent version of the client, which is not my case because I use IBM DB2.

Any ideas?
