Customize chart tool tips to dispalay multiple Measure Values

Hi Gurus,
I have a graph with YEAR in the X-axis and Measure A in the Y-axis.
My requirement is to display a
seconD measure Measure B in the chart tool-tips.

I followed the below link,

but was not able to attain it fully. My 'Measure B' is getting aggregated
(i.e its showing same for the years  2011, 2012, 2013,2014)

Please suggest..
