I am Using LIST,version 10.2.1

I am using list each row should be gap that gap is red color or white color.

go to(Menu) Structure --> Headers & Footers --> Insert List Row Cells Below

"Insert List Row Cells Below" is inactive mode how to select "Insert List Row Cells Below"

Hello Mounika_LP,
You will first need to create a footer per row. To ensure that,
1)Identify a column in your list that does NOT repeat its value, basically a unique value per row of the list.
2)Then group the list by that item.
3)From "Headers and Footers" button on the menu, create a "Footer" for that item you grouped on.

This will insert a footer under every row. Select it and format the color, size etc as per your liking.
