Schedule report and send it by email

Hi,

I wanted to schedule a report and send it every week to list of people . I have their email ids and they are not present in Actve directory.

Is that I go to report properties and say schedule and check send report by email and add the email id's.
If I do this way , report sender goes from my address. We have a default Id set up in smtp and I want that ID to be used.

Hi,

If you can log in to cognos with the default ID, then you would be able to send the emails with the Default ID .  If you have a default log in account to a system , that'll use your default SMTP email ID as well .
