Hide row in crosstab by condition

Hi,
I have a crosstab with data items and measure is count distinct. I want to hide every row where measure is > 1000. Since is count dinstint I can not to do this with filter, and in conditional style only works on numbers but in rows I still have  that items. How to hide whole row

place the supposed filter in Summary Filters. You might need to set the scope property to the correct data item.
