Hi,
I developed a portal with a navigation pane and cognos viewer. In the Cognos Viewer by default its point to a workspace page, basically it acts as a dashboard to the user and user can run any of the existing/scheduled reports in the cognos viewer by clicking them under navigation pane. In the workspace page I am using different report studio chart reports as multiple widgets. I have a question is it possible to hide all the underlying files and only show the main Portal page?

Thank you,

Regards,
Bhanu.

Hi,

I can't make any sense of your request, sorry. What do you mean by "underlying files"? Why are you mixing portal pages and Cognos Workspace?

MF,
User wants the capability to click and view scheduled reports and as well as user wants to have a feature to drag and drop some of the charts on to dashboard canvas. That's why I integrated both cognos viewer and workspace. I am sorry I could have been more precise on Underlying files. What I meant with "Underlying files" is when I designed this portal/dashboard I designed header page, content page and workspace separately and I am integrating all in one page. My question is, is it possible to hide all the other files with out showing them to the end user, which are supporting the main dashboard page.

Thanks,

Bhanu.
