IBM Cognos Express Manager Configuration Window

Dear Team.,
         I would like to configure mail server in IBM Cognos Express manager. But am missing out some of the features in configuration window like Notification in Data Access and some other. What Should I do now?? Are any other possible ways to configure the mail server through an administration window in the browser? Please help me to resolve it. Thanks in Advance.
