Prompt not displaying

Model: Relational
Version: Cognos 10.2.1

I have issue thru Citrix if i try running report i am not able to find Date prompt in Cognos Report saying web Page error

if i run the report from out side of Citrix i am able to run
is that is Error with IE in inside the Ctrix or IE error on my PC??

Dear ALL,

this issue been resolved after i did some home work, this issue with IE browser security site
I did some cleaning task
Task:-
self clearing cookies and History files
and Resetting Internet options in Trusted sites
its working fine
