Unable to save Workspace reports created using report studio.

Hi All,

Unable to save workspace reports created in report studio if users dont have access to report studio but still have access to workspace.
We are giving access to our users only for cognos workspace and not for report studio.

We create reports in report studio and then drag them in to workspace and save it and then give access to the users for the cognos workspace.

But now if users try to  save this workspace reports it  gives user capability issue. Is there any solution to fix this issue with out giving them access to report studio.
