Value Prompt Disappears in Cached Report

Hi Gurus,

I will quickly put down the scenario.

Product Version: IBM Cognos BI 10.2.1 with FP3
OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition.

In Report Studio, I have created a simple report with following items:
1) Crosstab with 3 measures.
2) Combination Chart
3) One Drop Down List Box value prompt with Multiselect as No.
4) Two Check Box value prompt with Multiselect as Yes. (These are working as filters)

Everything is running fine till now.

Issue: I created a simple job to cache the 3 value prompts. I am exploring the cache part since my actual report has around 50 Check Box value prompts which on every run take around 10-12 seconds to display the result. I want it to get the display in 1-2 seconds. Ok, so when the job executes and then when I run the Sample Report, the Value Prompts disappear. They are not there any more.

Am I doing something wrong or this is normal behavior ?

I have attached a screenshot with comparison (Apologies for uploading a very distorted image. Actually I re-sized it and then forgot to cross-check it). But I think the issue will be visible i.e. the image on the top has the value prompts and the bottom image does NOT have them. That's the whole issue. Where did they go ?

Any suggestion/advice will be highly appreciated.
