Hi,

I have configured to save reports in to a local drive on CM server(10.1.1) and I have scheduled 4 reports to save as PDF. Schedule runs every day around 6 am. But randomly only 2..or 3.. or 1 out of this 4 reports get updated. When I check Past History status shows all are succeded, but if I open report it only shows prior run date at report generation date.  I tried running all 4 at same time and 5 mins apart same issue. What might be causing this?

Thanks

Just for clarification, are you saving them to Cognos server's local HD or to network drive?  Subject says shared drive, to me that is a network drive not a server local drive but in the body you said local drive.

Are you running the Cognos service with Local Admin user and domain user?

Does that user have access to the location that you are trying to save the reports to?

If the drive is actually a network drive are you mounting it to the server and using a drive letter like z: or are you using the UNC pathing to the location?

Thanks,
Eric

Hi,

Sorry for confusion.... I am saving them in local drive(C:) and using local admin acct  to run cognos services.
