Add manager of respective employee in CC (report bursting)

Hi all,

we have a requirement where we are sending birthday cards to employees using report bursting. we are sucessfully able to do that.

but now there is a requirement which has arised to add the manager of the employee in CC. i am not able to figure out how to do that.

has anyone encountered such situation before, please do guide me with the same.
