Cognos Event Agent failing

Hi,

I am running Cognos 10.2 with Oracle 11g on RedHat Linux. We had a cluster fail-over recently. After then my one of the event is continuously failing. Its looking for a table and when the table is updated it runs. The weird thing is that - another agent is running and looking for same table is running without issue.

CNC-ASV-0025 Agent Condition invalid: CM-REQ-4039 An error occurred while reading or formatting the "specification" property value.
ORA-01555 Snapshot Too Old: ORA-22924 Snapshot Too Old

Hi,

I was able to solve this by resetting the events. Its simple one to reset but took a long time to crack.

Be careful while resetting events, if it has any dependency then need to look that first and make sure its not producing lots of stuff which has been changed since it started failing and you don't want that to happen.
