Prompts in Active Reports

Hi,

i created prompts in prompt page of Active reports. when am running this Active report from cognos server(online), it is displaying all values instead of selected values in prompt page.

is it possible to create prompts in Active reports like regular reports and drill up, drill down ?

if it is not possible to create prompts, how to set "static choices" property of prompts in Active reports ?

please suggest me..
