Tree prompt value Selection

I am using a tree prompt and will be showing my levels  in it.(dimensional package)

I have five levels and wanted to show level 3 and level 1 in my tree prompt.
If I add a tree prompt and i choose level 3 as use value ,my tree prompt starts from level 3 and goes all way down. Is there a way to not show level 2 and directly show level 1 .

Also when i click on any data in tree prompt, my report doesnt gets reflected. I dont see an auto submit property, Is that I have to use a reprompt button every time to see the data changed.
Is there any property which will allow the report to run based on data selection on the members of the tree prompt.
