Can I make a workspace read only for a end user?

Is it possible to make a workspace that I made read only for a end user? So I mean disable the option to add content or change prompt values?

It depends... If you are using Cognos 10.2 onwards, you can define different capabilities for users of Cognos Workspace in the Admin Console - Security and Capabilities. I think if you provide only the "Consume" capability then all the user can do is to view the workspace.
