Drill down not working in dimensional data

Hi,

I am using a dimensional data package and doing reporting in cognos 8.1.
Sales Rep in rows
Qty as Measures and products in column.

Expression for sales rep data item in row is using order function to sort the qty based on rep.

Qty              Product A      Product B         Total   
SalesRep   YTD   PYTD   YTD   PYTD        YTD1   PYTD1
A            100   200        150   200             250   400
B            200   100        150   200             350   300

My sales rep is in level 3 and I have customers in the next level.So if i enable drill behaviour, I get a hyperlink on my sales rep, but when i click on it, I see only empty page. how to debug, its working in cognos 10.
