Error 69

Whenever I try to open an Impromptu report via double clicking the file in windows explorer I get this error:

Error number -69:

DMS-E-DBPARSER, The underlying database detected an error during processing of the SQL request.
[Transoft][TSENG32]Unknown Table 'tmp_odbcs'

I have no problem opening the file directly in Impromptu via File - Open. Current version used is 7.4.2092.0 with Windows 8.1
