ISSUE RESOLVED:
User Account associated with starting Cognos Server was incorrect (did not have permissions to Archive Location)

We have two Cognos Servers configured correctly and have just finished migrating from 10.1.

One restarting the services on the services, I am noticing the following:

On Cognos1 - No Issues

On Cognos2 - CM-CFG-4146 The configured archive root will not be set.  CM-CFG-4145 The file path '//server/path/cognos_output' does not exist or you do not have read permission.

Both servers have the same Archive File Location and Save to File System = True for the Content Manager.
Services start on both servers.

When I run a report that saves to file system from the Cognos2 dispatcher it fails, if it uses the Cognos1 dispatcher it is successful.
I had no similar issues on 10.1.

I can navigate to the server/path from both servers and can read/write/add from either server.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Adam.

Log in to Admin Tools then Services and right click on the Cognos services and in the properties dialogue box select Log On.  Enter the Account used to start the cognos service.  This account must have read access to the saved file location.
