To display last 30 days data from the Current Date in my Report

Hi,

Can anyone please help me on "how can I filter last 30 days data from the Current Date. I just want to see the data for last 30 days from the Current Date.

Environment: Cognos 10.1.1 Report Studio
Database: Oracle
Package: relational

Its very urgent
