Export Metadata Information of cognos framework manager

Hi All,

I am working in a migration project where I need to fetch the metadata information
of cognos framework manager.

I am having the Model.xml file which contains all the data except the id Data.
I also export the xml data from framework manager in cwm format which contains the id but the data regarding expression, filters and many more information which is not found.

So can you suggest me any other ways of exporting metadata information from cognos
or using third party tools or any cognos tools in which I get all the metadata information with ID.

Any Guidance would be appreciated.
