How to execute a job at night to cache the data for end-user executed report?

Hi,
I am using Cognos BI 10.2.1 using dynamic query mode accessing TM1 10.1.1 cube. Cubes are daily refreshed with new data. When report in Cognos BI is executed for the FIRST time it runs for 2 minutes and for second, third etc time it runs only for 10 seconds - probably because of Cognos BI caching.

So I am having a performance problem and I would like to speed-up report execution by end-users. To solve this problem I though in Cogons BI I could run a report as a job. From Cognos Connection from toolbar I clicked on "New Job" icon and inside section "Defaults for all steps" clicked on "Set" link. In "Report options" in "Run the report to" selected "Refresh the report cache" and run a job. I expected that report run for second time manually from Cognos Connection will run 10 seconds, but it didn't it run 2 minutes. So it looks this caching is not working like I expected.

In the same job settings I selected "Run the report to" and selected "Produce report outputs". Now I see report MUSH have a "Save the report" option checked. Report is executed in some seconds which is OK, but now I have a "saved report" which I don't want to have. Report is using
Value Prompt objects and running a report from "saved report" value prompts disappear.

I would like to speed-up performance by running reports and so storing the values in cache. But I can't figure it out:
1. How to run a report without saving a report?
2. If report is saved, how to delete saved report after it is run from a job (I know how to delete output manually, but I would like to do this automatically at night).
3. Is there any other option to execute reports at night to speed up reporting at the day time by end users?
Thanks
