Drill-Through Between Dashboards

Drill-Through Between Dashboards (Built by Cognos webspace)
       
                                 Generally we use Drill-Through in reports. using this we can DrillUp and DrillDown from one  report to another report. But
If  we have to use same thing in Dashborad then what to do?? insort how we can apply DrillUp and DrillDown in Dashboard.?? so we can move from one Dashboard to another Dashboard. we are using Cognos 10.2
