Update Parameter Map values?

How can I use updated parameter map values in a report without disabling Allow usage of local cache option in the FM package?

Leaving Allow usage of local cache option to Yes and setting Use Local Cache query option to No, the report doesn't retrieve latest value from DB parameter map table.

I don't want to disable caching for the entire package.
