insert image using https

hi all,
i'm try to insert image using https but i'm always get an error like

CGSErrorAssert:0:Fatal: Error: Error reading image resource

and i have try to follow step in this link

As a workaround, If this is just an image (Not to be used as chart background or anything like that) you can use an HTML Item to insert the image.

Hi Nimrod Avissar,

i have bubble chart with 4 region, and every region filled an image.
for now if i using url http the image is showed but if i using https the image cannot showed (error: CGSErrorAssert:0:Fatal: Error: Error reading image resource (https://xxxxxxxxx/reporting/images/5_dog.gif) () : null). please see the error in attachment

please guide me to solve this issue

Hi,

Did you restart your Cognos service after adding the certificate? If following the IBM technote didn't work, I'd suggest the best course of action is to log a call with IBM support. It doesn't look like there are any other known solutions - this second technote shows the same technique for resolving:
