Reduce Content Store Size

Hi all,

I have upgraded a client from 8.4 to 10.2.1 this week. The content store (Oracle 11g) was 20GB and some of this was due to report saved outputs that have been kept for audit purposes. To remove alot of these outptuts, I have made use of the Content Archival/Retention Rules administration tasks which has worked ok. Even though I have now have 4GB of saved outputs on the server which have been removed from the content store, the database is still the same size. Do I need to run a stored procedure to reduce the size?

Another thing which I have noticed is the archival process didn't work for reports where the default action is "View most recent report". Is this a bug?

Thanks
Lloyd
