Need help to solve query in the value prompt

Hi All,
I have a requirement wherein the prompt button should display the Employee names ,& accordingly it should display data for that employee.
However,when I try to use Employee Name in the value prompt button ,it shows that the data not available,but When i try to use employee id in the value prompt button ,it display data correctly.
How do I solve this????
Eg:Emp_id=1 Archana_M

Hi,

A Value Prompt has two entried you can define - a "Use" value and a "Display" value. Leave the "Use" value as Emp_id, and set the "Display" value to the name.
