how to retrive the filter details into Excel

I am actually working on extracting all the details related to reports: such as extracting the group , sort,filter details into a seperate a excel sheet.

If someone knows the methods that is to be used to retrive do guide me. Its very urgent.

I am not aware of any functionality within Impromptu to do this for you.

You could Envisn tools for this purpose.

You could also write a VB or Cognos Script app that will extract this information and write to Excel

ok atleast help me with the scripts if anything is available so that i can try with that. i have retrived the details for catalogs using methods and so thought that there will be similar methods to retrive for reports also   ::)
