I am attaching the screenshot for references.  How to achieve the calculation for YTD in market share section.

First of all I don't think your employer/client will be terribly happy that you are publicly posting market share data. I realize that drug data can be purchased, but even showing the contents of an analysis is revealing more than what I think any company would care to share with the world. You could easily blind the first column in your screen shot to illustrate your technical problem without divulging sensitive information.

Secondly, I think the "for" scope specified in your calculation is the issue. You are scoping the calculation to the quarter which works for the quarters but not for the YTD. Can you create a second calculation without the quarter scope and use that for the YTD metrics?
