Cascading prompt - default selecting

Hi Gurus.

I have a child prompt "C" with a cascade source "P" to it, for this P, as you know Auto submit is YES and multi-select is NO.

This child Prompt "C" got 2 default selections ( multi select 'yes')

What I've observed is, Cognos is only accepting 1 default selection in this cascading scenario ( scenario i mean , autopopulating values from P-->C) If i give 2 default selections in "C", which is my requirement, it's not accepting.

Can anyone help.

Drag a layout calculation in report and check what  values are passed to the query .then check the filter in main query for  prompt c.

This is working when I add a default Selection to the Cascading parent column.
