Active report tab bleedover

Not sure why this is happening, but on an active report I have 3 tabs.  When I go to the first or second, beneath the content I've created, it shows the beginning of the content of the third tab.  if I create a new blank tab, it shows the full content of the third tab.  I'm mystified by this.

Any help would be appreciated.
