Help with master Detail Relationship

Hi cognos Gurus ,

I have a Requirement where in i have to divide the data in sections :

Below is example i need data to be :

Region 1

x 1 - List from Query 1
y 2 - List from Query 2
Z 3 - List from Query 3
A 4 - List from Query 3


All above are 4 Seperate Queries Now, my requirement is apply Sectioning for Region 1 , Region 2 grouping all 4 Lists.

I tried applying master Detail usual way, Query 1 to be master and Query 2 3 4 to be child, however it Gives Child relationship for only Last Region.

Can you Please help me with above requirement, is there another way to implement if not master Detail.
