Layout Component Ref doesn't appear in saved report.

Hi All,

Like most people i use a layout component reference component for a header in my reports.

When I run a report (with options) from Cognos Connection and select Save Report the header doesn't save.

Any idea why or how to get it to save without hard coding it in the report.

I am using C10.1.1.

What credentials are set for your login? When running in batch mode, does the process have access to the original report pointed to by the LCR? What happens if you try to run (with options) and save the original report - does it work?

Hi,

I am running it as the Administrator, so I have access to everything.

I am Running the Report manually with options and selecting Save Report (not as a report view).

Have you tried going into My Preferences and on the Personal tab, renewing the credentials? Might be worthwhile just to make sure?
