DMR Level Attributes in Analysis Studio

I have created a simple DMR with one Date dimension and one Measure.

The Date dimension consists of Year, Quarter, and Month levels. I have defined a business key and caption for each level. I have also created a Month Number attribute for the Month level.

When opening the DMR in Report Studio I can see the Month Number attribute as a property of the Month level, and have no problems creating a report. However, when opening the DMR in Analysis Studio I can't seem to insert or use the property.

I've tried a couple of things in Analysis Studio which look like they should work, but are doing nothing. First off, if I right-click the Month member in a report and select properties, there is an option to display attributes. I've tried selecting this, and applying but nothing happens. There's also a Display Attributes option which seems to present itself intermittently when right-clicking the member, but this does nothing as well. I've also tried assigning the attribute to a custom role in FM, but no joy.

I'd be interested to know if anyone has got this working first-hand.

Right, answered my own question.

Basically, attributes are not displayed if a member set is comprised of only one member. You need to ensure your set includes at least two members.
