My table shows No Data AVailable if there are zero values in the table

What should I do  if  i want to show the table with all zeros instead of no data available

If your table has zero values then the report will show zero values. If the table is empty, then there is nothing to display.

There is one thing to consider before you go that route - All zeros is not the same as no data.
All zeros can mean that there was activity, but nothing that contributed to the metrics, whereas no data means there was no activity at all.

If you, and especially your users understand that difference, and still want to report all zeros, then you can outer join your main id query (e.g. Region, country, person, etc.) to your results, and use some sort of null checking (nvl etc) to set results to zero when null.
