Cognos 10 pie chart didn't show correct percentage

I am new for Cognos. Just created a pie chart and try to show percentage for each region's revenue.

Here is the value i use:

APAC: 95%
EUR:4.8%
USA:0.2%

After run the report, i found USA value couldn't show in chart. But in old Cognos, this value could show correctlly. Did any one encontered such problem? Thanks in advance.

im sry AllenLiu, but i do not get the issue youre facing yet. The figures of both charts are the same, arent they? So whats the problem?

Try creating a list.  See if you get the expected values
If so, use the query for the list to point to the chart.
