migration from cognos 8.1 to cognos 10.2

Hi,

Any one tell me the steps of migrating for cognos 8.1 reports to cognos 10.2 and common issues while migrating and improve the performance of the reports in new environment

It should be a easy migration.
You just need export and import the contents.

Or, If you want to migrate the complete content store, you can point the Cognos 10 service to existing content store and it would be automatically upgraded.

Few things break like css, and few deprocated funtions, but no major issues will be encountered.

I am sure you will be doing a complete testing of all reports after the upgrade.
