Cognos Reporting against Cognos metric store shows data/chart intermitantly

Hi,

We are having Cognos Report Studio reports running against FM package which is based on Metric Store database.
Report sometimes shows data and sometimes its blank.

Looks like it has to do with CAMPASSPORT. CAMPASSPORT acts as  a filter for TICKET_ID column in the various tables in the metric store. This filter is applied in the FM model.

We have a distributed enviornment and we are on 10.2.

Please provide some information if you have encountered such issue.
