Checking access to Report Studio

With the SDK, I need to check whether a user has access or not to Report Studio. I initially thought that looking at the "canUseReportStudio" capability would be enough but it is obviously wrong. According to my findings, it is also needed to test the permissions to the two subfolders of the "User Interface Profile" folder. But for that, we needs quite advanced privilege. So I was wondering if anybody has ever found another way to test the access to Report Studio.
