Yrs in Job

Hello,
I am new to cognos. i have a requirement where the yrs in job column in the report is either getting double, triple or in some cases blank. please let me know how i can resolve the issue.

Hi,

Whenever you need any solution from the forums, please post adequate information so that others can provide effective solutions.
It looks like you have only one column in your report as "Year" and some values are repeated and some are nulls. Am I correct?
Can you write some sample records here in the post.

Hi.
I have a report where the salary in each yr is getting double, triple. it seems like an aggregation calculations issue. its a report about employees with x number of yrs and salary in each year. it has all employees detail first name, last name etc. hope this helps

In many databases, there are multiple records for each employee and their salary history. You may need to filter your data to pull the latest/current record.
