Reports wont run and Config errors

Hi all,

Currently we have an issue where some of the reports with SQL embedded in report studio (real time data) won't run. They keep spinning and never return any data.
I did restart the services  to see if the issue might go away. On the detail within the Config file, I saw some erros which I never see them before. Below are the part of the errors I pasted. Can you please help me what these errors might be?
