Estimation for BI Projects (Cognos)

Hi all,

How do you arrive at estimation for BI Project- Cognos. Is ther any templates available for this.

Cognos itself and some more sophisticated partners have such tools but they won't give them to you as that is part of their business advantage.

To my knowledge there is no publically available template as a) it has too many variables and b) cost too much to create.

Now if YOU want to be so charitable to your competitors when you have found or created such a template we would all love to have a copy of it.  ;)
