Application (workflow) tree hierarchy

Hello everyone.

Application (workflow), which specifies the process of its implementation (Not started, lock), the tree hierarchy is divided into folders, each folder has 15 branches (tree.jpg).

A total of 40 branches, how to make a whole tree with no division into folders (tree_full.jpg)?
