Contributor Error Message

Hello,

On occasion we are getting users that are receiving the attached error message in Contributor. We are using 10.1 and the error message comes up regardless of application chosen. It can be from a new installation or from an installation that was previously working. In the past, support has suggested that we rebuild the user profile and reinstall Cognos Planning. Not a real great solution. Other users are able to login to machine with issue and run Planning fine. User with issue is able to go to another machine and use the application without issue. So, it seems to me that it is definitely a local profile or local user issue. Unisntall/reinstall rarely seems to work to correct the issue.

My question - Is there a way to fix this issue easily without having to rebuild the profile?
