Congos 10 Report Studio says initializing but never does?

I'm new to Cognos. After installing cognos 10, access the web tools and everything is working but Report studio. Then I click at Author Advance reports it let me select the pkg, and next screen show initializing bar, but it never does. Can anyone suggests troubleshooting steps? Or if just point me in the direction of find a solution.

What browser and browser version are you using?

You will need to make sure that all required functions are permitted in your browser. Here are some examples:

Allow Cookies
Active Scripting
Allow META REFRESH
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting
Binary and Script Behaviours
Allow programmatic clipboard access

You should also make sure that popup blockers are turned off, and that your Cognos server is defined as a trusted site.
