limiting prompt values

Hi

I am creating a report where i want to put a prompt on facility. There are currently 7 facilities but i only want 2 to show up in the report prompt.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Well, then your report prompt query should fetch just those 2 by a filter in the prompt query..

how could you provide an idea on how to do this in report studio. I started the base report in QS and now opening in report studio to finsih the formatting

Hi

In QS - 2 facilities were selected as the basis for the report but when i open up in report stuido and put a value prompt on the facility and run the report it asks me to select from all facilities. i want only the 2 facilities in the prompt that were used in the filter in QS

The prompt will be populated by a query.
Just add a filter to that query that restricts the data to just two facilities.
