Report Bursting Issue/SAP BW Datasource

I am trying to create a report where i want to burst based on Region . The datasource is SAPBW . I created a Table using MS Access where I have the RegionCode and Recipient(CAMID as i am trying to burst to directory enteries). then I imported the table into the FM Model .

As the data source is SAP BW(BW Infocube which accessed through BEx QUERIES for faster access)

,I cannot create a join between the Region in the table and region in my SAP BW Data in the FM Model.

So I have used two queries in the report, where first query has the Region,Sales amount etc. and second query has Region(from the MS Access Table) and reciepent. In the burst options I have given Region from Query 1 as the Burst key and Recipient from query 2 as the Burst Recipient and used the Master detail relationship to create link between the two region(query 1 and query 2 respectively).

Then i Used 'Run with Options' in Cognos connection for this report and Checked the Save report and Burst report Options.

Now the Problem I face is that it creates the desired the output versions but when i login to any of Users whom i have given appropriate access based on the regions i specified in the burst Key I am getting the same output  i.e. for example even if user1 has acess to 'North' he is getting west instead and User2 is also getting 'North' and so on.... I found out that 'North' is the most recent output and it is becomes the view for all the assigned users .

Can someone help me  out.....

One more thing, I am able to see  the Output versions even if i login from  any other user than me(I have system adminstrator and Report Admin access) , how can i hide it from them ,they should be able to see only data pertaining to them.

Hi,

Just one point that needs clarifying - when you created a master/detail relationship between query1 and query2, did you do this from the Data menu on the menubar, or as part of the bursting definition in the burst dialog?  My guess is that you used the second option, and you actually need to use the first...

Just a wild stab in the dark...
